Windy Edge sleeps 5 in a two bedrooms and is a fabulous recently built, detached, stone built cottage situated overlooking the stunning Bamburgh Castle with fabulous sea views, towards Holy Island, the Farnes and over the fields towards the Cheviots, bang in the middle of Bamburgh, next to our larger holiday house Rock Cottage.

Windy edge is a minutes walk from Front street, where you can cross to the green, an ideal place for the dog and children to play football or play in the park or simply watch a cricket match in full swing, be it the local team or visiting children. Beyond the green is of course the majestic award winning beach, one of the best in Britain where you can walk along to Budle Bay or to Seahouses or simply enjoy a picnic on the beach. For the more adventurous why not try your hand at surfing or simply enjoy an exhilarating swim in the sea.
